Our flagship project—a 52-apartment complex with an integrated convenience and grocery store in Lancaster, PA—is just the beginning. Our second project, located in Carlisle, PA, includes over 100 workforce rental apartments alongside commercial space tailored for businesses that provide essential services to the surrounding community. These developments are designed to meet the growing demand for affordable, well-located housing while fostering economic growth through business-friendly infrastructure.
